We are seeking a Reservations Agent to join our vibrant team at Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman. The role involves converting booking enquiries into sales, ensuring a seamless guest journey, and delivering memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Convert booking enquiries into sales while anticipating and delivering every aspect of the guest journey.
• Maximize sales and profitability by monitoring consumer demand and upselling to achieve targets.
• Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth operation of the reservations department.
• Deliver exceptional service with meticulous attention to detail and a passion for enhancing the guest experience.
