Reservation & Contracting Manager (Travel & Tourism)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Reservation & Contracting Manager to lead our reservation operations and manage supplier relationships across hotels, DMCs and transfer providers. The role supports the growth of our travel products and ensures seamless booking experiences for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily reservation operations, guaranteeing accurate and timely booking processing.
• Negotiate, draft and maintain contracts with hotels, DMCs, transfer providers and other travel suppliers.
• Monitor rates, allotments, stop‑sales and special offers to optimise profitability.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers, handling issues, cancellations and escalations.
• Analyse market trends and supplier performance, preparing regular reports on bookings, revenue and contracting activities.
• Supervise and support the reservation team, ensuring high service standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in travel reservations and contracting.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
• Experience with hotels, tour operators, travel agencies or DMCs.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of the UAE travel and tourism market is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office suite.
