Reservations Agent – Arabic Speaker (Q3 Opportunity)

About the role
Join a prestigious 5‑star resort on Al Marjan Island as a Reservations Agent and become the first point of contact for guests planning their stay. You will deliver a warm, professional experience that sets the tone for an unforgettable holiday.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, engaging service to all reservation enquiries.
- Maximise revenue through effective up‑selling and recommending resort facilities.
- Handle special requests and provide accurate information about the property.
- Process room reservations, maintain rooming lists and ensure data accuracy in the PMS.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Reservations Agent in a 5‑star hotel or resort in the UAE.
- Guest‑focused attitude with strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Opera PMS.
