About the role
Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, a 5-star resort in Ras Al Khaimah, is looking for a Reservations Agent. The agent is the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them and helping create an exceptional stay. The resort has 418 rooms and suites, six specialty bars and restaurants, three outdoor pools, a wellness hub, water sports and a year-round Kids Club.
Key responsibilities
- Offer consistently exceptional, friendly and engaging service
- Ensure the best selection for each guest and maximize revenue through up-selling
- Recommend property facilities and help guests with information and special requests
- Book room reservations, enter rooming lists and keep accurate information in the system
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Reservations Agent at a 5-star hotel or resort in the UAE
- Guest-focused personality; experience is an asset
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Required skills
- Prior experience with Opera is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
