Reservations Coordinator – Property Management

About the role

The Reservations Coordinator will oversee the reservations function for a property management portfolio in Dubai, working closely with revenue, marketing, sales and operations teams. The role ensures seamless guest experiences while supporting the business’s revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to guests at all times.
• Handle complaints and enquiries politely and efficiently.
• Process all reservations, verify room rates and update new rates and availability.
• Collaborate with marketing and finance to prepare booking count reports and forecasts.
• Adhere to company policies and brand standards to drive business success.
• Manage and oversee all group bookings.
• Participate in marketing and revenue meetings.
• Ensure efficient filing and data‑entry practices.
• Display leadership by assisting in training, development and recruitment.

Required profile

• Fluent business‑level English (Arabic or Russian is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in a holiday‑home operator or hotel.
• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Hospitality.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office, especially Excel pivot tables and formulas.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations.
