About the role
Emaar Hospitality Group is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to lead its Reservations Office. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue through efficient reservation management.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of the Reservations team, ensuring smooth operations.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics and revenue targets.
- Maintain adherence to reservation scripts, email etiquette, and quality standards.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members on best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to align reservation processes with overall hotel operations.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in rooms reservations, preferably in a call‑center environment.
- Certificate in Telephone Skills and Customer Service is an advantage.
- College degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
