Reservations Supervisor – Luxury Hotel

About the role

As a Reservations Supervisor at a luxury hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, you will lead the Reservations Team to maximise revenue and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. You will coordinate daily operations, develop business opportunities and maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Reservations Department.
• Handle telephone, fax and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Analyse seasonal and historical trends to optimise occupancy and average room rates.
• Identify new contacts, develop sales leads and respond to sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and written confirmations for clients.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve issues and secure future business.
• Ensure bookings are guaranteed and apply appropriate no‑show or cancellation charges.
• Train, coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of high‑quality service.
• Assist in recruiting, managing and evaluating the Reservations team.
