About the role

The Restaurant Administrator supports the retail manager in daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations across multiple F&B concepts. This role is ideal for an energetic team player looking to grow within the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and organise all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules.
Produce daily reports such as purchase orders, cost/transfer sheets and invoices in line with brand policies.
Generate monthly reports, including inventory summaries.
Assist sales staff with specific orders and coordinate deliveries across different emirates.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years proven experience as an administrator in a fast‑paced restaurant, chocolate boutique or similar F&B concept.
Strong focus, ability to multi‑task and thrive in a high‑tempo environment.
Independent decision‑making while adhering to ethical standards and company policies.
