About the role

As the Captain at Ossiano, the signature seafood restaurant at Atlantis, The Palm, you will work closely with the Restaurant Assistant Manager to ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will lead service teams, uphold the brand’s high standards, and act as a specialist resource for food‑and‑beverage knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Assistant Manager in daily operations and service delivery.
• Train and coach staff on the Ossiano sequence of service and brand standards.
• Provide expert advice to guests on menu items, wine pairings, and dietary requirements.
• Monitor and maintain service quality, ensuring flawless execution during high‑volume periods.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate timing and presentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience, including 1‑2 years in a Captain or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in a celebrity‑branded or brand‑partner restaurant.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead diverse, large teams.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
