Restaurant F&B Service Ambassador

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our restaurant team as an F&B Service Ambassador, delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests in a fast‑paced, 5‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all operational tasks in food & beverage service while adhering to brand standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, go the extra mile, and ensure a seamless journey from welcome to farewell.
• Prevent and resolve complaints promptly, providing effective service recovery when required.
• Communicate proactively with fellow team members, always prioritising the guest’s interests.
• Uphold core values such as Customer First, Drive for Results, Learning, Resilience and Adaptability.

Required profile

• Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality property.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
