Key responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team with passion, energy and confidence, creating a welcoming environment for guests and staff.
• Ensure every guest leaves happier by delivering warm, genuine and memorable hospitality.
• Be present on the floor, inspire the team through action and set the standard for service excellence.
• Recruit, coach, develop and motivate staff while providing clear career growth opportunities.
• Drive sales, maximise profitability and manage budgets, labour and food costs.
• Handle guest feedback professionally, resolve issues quickly and turn concerns into positive experiences.
• Oversee daily operations from opening to closing, ensuring seamless service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, hygiene and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create promotions, events and partnerships that attract repeat guests.
• Manage inventory, supplier relationships and equipment maintenance while reducing waste.
