About the role
Join the InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa as a Restaurant Hostess for its All Day Dining venue. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth dining experience from arrival to farewell.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations, table allocations and seating arrangements.
- Coordinate with the restaurant team on table availability and guest preferences.
- Identify returning guests and communicate special requests to the team.
- Provide restaurant information, menu recommendations and promote current promotions.
- Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally.
- Support the team during peak periods to maintain seamless service.
- Ensure each guest receives a personalized farewell.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
