Restaurant Hostess

About the role

The Hostess welcomes guests with a polished, confident and upbeat attitude that reflects the 25hours brand. You will manage seating, reservations and guest flow while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage each guest, manage seating allocations and handle walk‑ins and reservations.
• Maintain the host stand throughout service, answer phone calls promptly and record bookings accurately.
• Coordinate with kitchen, service and bar teams to keep service pace aligned with guest volume.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Keep the reception area clean, assist with clearing and resetting tables, and perform side duties such as updating seating charts.

Required profile

• High school graduate or equivalent; six months to one year of serving or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and ability to read and speak English fluently.
• Excellent memory for menu items and ability to move quickly through a crowded dining area.
• Friendly, empathetic approach to customer complaints and a team‑oriented attitude.
