Restaurant Hostess

About the role

Apt Resources is looking for a friendly and outgoing Restaurant Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests at one of its client’s restaurant groups in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant.
• Manage the reservation system and keep bookings organized.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth dining service.
• Communicate menu options and answer guest questions.
• Assist with seating and ensure guest comfort.
• Handle guest complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a restaurant hostess or similar role.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Understanding of restaurant operations and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Salary AED 3,000 – 3,500 per month.
• Food allowance AED 400.
• Service charge allowance AED 350 – 500.
