Restaurant Manager – Al Wadi, Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead Al Wadi’s dining operations in Ras Al Khaimah. You will oversee daily service, ensure high standards of food quality and sanitation, and drive both guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all restaurant, bar/lounge, and room‑service staff on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Maintain service, cleanliness, and food‑handling standards in compliance with local regulations.
• Plan staffing levels, schedule shifts, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Lead the food‑and‑beverage team through coaching, performance feedback, and development initiatives.
• Monitor financial results, control costs, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Ensure adherence to liquor laws, health codes, and company policies.
• Provide hands‑on support during peak periods, assisting servers and hosts as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least four years of food‑and‑beverage experience, OR a two‑year degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or related field with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage a team, train staff, and maintain high service standards.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction, employee development, and financial results.
