Restaurant Manager – All Day Dining (Cafe Palmier)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the All Day Dining outlet (Cafe Palmier). You will be responsible for delivering a consistent, memorable guest experience across all meal periods while upholding the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a guest‑first culture, engage with guests, gather feedback and drive continuous improvement of satisfaction scores.
• Ensure strict compliance with brand SOPs, conduct audits, and coach staff to meet brand standards in service, presentation, and ambiance.
• Oversee daily operations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, cost control, and vendor management.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu planning, quality control, and food presentation.
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene compliance and analyze sales and feedback data to inform operational enhancements.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of Restaurant Manager experience in 5‑star luxury hotels or comparable establishments.
• Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction scores.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with POS systems and guest‑feedback platforms.
