Restaurant Manager – Arabic Concepts

About the role

Kitopi is seeking an experienced, customer‑focused Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations of an Arabic‑concept restaurant. You will ensure smooth service, uphold high standards of food quality and guest experience, and drive sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve operational and service excellence.
• Maintain consistently high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience.
• Monitor sales, costs, wastage and overall profitability.
• Drive sales through upselling, promotions and customer engagement.
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance, performance and manpower planning.
• Address guest feedback and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety and company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement and wastage in coordination with relevant teams.
• Prepare and review operational reports, including sales, labor and inventory performance.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in Arabic cuisine, fine‑dining or upscale hospitality, with significant managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and front‑of‑house service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and flexible to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Basic operational reporting capabilities.
