Restaurant Manager - Asian Fine Dining Concept

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead an upscale Asian fine‑dining concept within a prestigious 5‑star luxury property in Dubai. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong team leadership in a high‑end hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, maintaining luxury service standards.
• Deliver outstanding guest dining experiences and manage feedback.
• Lead recruitment, training, performance management and motivation of a diverse team.
• Maintain strict quality control of food, beverage and service.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure authentic Asian cuisine and menu excellence.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, upselling and cost‑control initiatives.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, P&L and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, health and safety standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in fine‑dining or luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience with Asian cuisine concepts (preferred).
• Fluency in Indonesian, Malaysian or Singaporean language; strong English communication.
• Current residence in the UAE or willingness to relocate.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and team‑management abilities.
