Restaurant Manager – Dining Room

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the Dining Room at One&Only Royal Mirage, a luxury resort in New Dubai. The role involves overseeing daily operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the high standards of a 5‑star property.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a multicultural team to provide flawless service.
• Manage restaurant floor operations, including reservations, seating, and service flow.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, health and safety regulations, and brand standards.
• Handle high‑profile and diverse clientele with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and collaborate with the F&B department on budgeting.
• Drive guest satisfaction through personalized service and prompt resolution of issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in an upscale 5‑star hotel or resort.
• Proven ability to lead and develop staff in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to interact with high‑profile guests.
