Restaurant Manager – Italian Cuisine

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our authentic Italian restaurant. You will ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience that reflects our brand’s high standards of food quality and service.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a guest‑first culture, engage with guests, gather feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores through action plans and personalized service for repeat/VIP guests.
• Enforce brand SOPs, conduct audits, and coach staff to maintain consistent service, plating, ambiance, and uniform standards.
• Oversee breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, manage staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with the kitchen on menu planning, quality control, and presentation.
• Manage inventory, cost control, vendor relationships, and labor/F&B budgets while ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Analyze sales data and feedback trends to drive operational improvements and plan promotions or events.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of restaurant manager experience in 5‑star luxury hotels or comparable establishments.
• Proven track record of raising guest satisfaction scores and upholding brand standards.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with POS systems and guest‑feedback platforms.
• Italian language skills are a plus.
