Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead one of our flagship home‑grown brands in Sharjah. The role involves overseeing daily operations, driving revenue and profitability, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all restaurant areas including bar, service, hosting and opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain food quality, presentation and service standards to achieve high guest satisfaction.
• Ensure hygiene, sanitation and safety compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints and support promotions and special events.
• Recruit, train, coach and schedule staff, maintaining adequate staffing levels.
• Control costs through payroll management, inventory monitoring and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports, manage POS systems and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in restaurant or food‑and‑beverage management.
• Strong leadership and people‑development abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet financial targets.
