Restaurant Manager – Luxury Café

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead the daily operations of the Ladurée boutique/restaurant in Abu Dhabi, delivering a premium French café experience. This position ensures the highest standards of guest service, brand presentation, and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations, guaranteeing smooth service flow and strict hygiene standards.
• Maintain brand standards, visual merchandising, and luxury positioning of Ladurée.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate team members to achieve service excellence.
• Monitor sales, KPIs, and profitability; implement revenue‑driving strategies while controlling costs.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels in line with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience managing a restaurant or café, preferably in luxury or premium brands.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for luxury hospitality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Basic financial reporting and inventory management.
