Restaurant Manager – Quick Service Restaurant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) outlet. The role focuses on delivering consistent quality, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring consistent quality and service standards.
• Manage, coach and train crew members, supervisors and shift leaders.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies and reduce waste through efficient stock management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Drive sales through upselling, local marketing and community engagement.
• Analyze P&L statements, control labor and food costs to maximise profitability.
• Handle customer complaints promptly to protect brand reputation.
• Implement corporate promotions and new product roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Proven track record in leading high‑performing teams within a fast‑paced QSR environment.
• Demonstrated ability to increase sales while maintaining food safety standards.
• Strong experience in inventory management, cost control and staff development.
• Ability to adapt corporate procedures to local market needs.
