Restaurant Manager – Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar/lounge and room service areas on Saadiyat Island. You will ensure high standards of service, sanitation, and financial performance while fostering a positive guest and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all front‑of‑house staff, stepping in to perform duties when needed.
• Maintain service and sanitation standards across restaurant, bar and room service.
• Assist with menu planning and ensure compliance with food handling, liquor and local regulations.
• Monitor staffing levels, schedule employees and control labor costs.
• Drive guest satisfaction, employee engagement and financial results.
• Identify training needs, develop and deliver coaching programs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, Business Administration, etc., with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team, manage operations and uphold sanitation standards.
