About the role
This full‑time position is focused on delivering exceptional dining experiences in a dynamic, guest‑centric environment. You will represent the Emaar brand throughout the guest journey, ensuring every visitor leaves as a satisfied fan of the restaurant.
Key responsibilities
- Execute all operational tasks in food & beverage service while adhering to service standards and procedures.
- Welcome guests, attend to their needs, and ensure a flawless dining experience from arrival to farewell.
- Proactively communicate with team members to anticipate and resolve guest issues.
- Prevent complaints and manage service recovery when necessary.
- Uphold brand values and contribute to a performance‑driven culture.
Required profile
- Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality setting.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
