Restaurant Supervisor – Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

The Restaurant Supervisor supports the Restaurant Manager in delivering a smooth, efficient and profitable operation while upholding Ladurée’s brand and service standards. Based in Ras Al Khaimah, you will ensure guests receive excellent service from arrival to checkout and help drive sales and cost targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with Ladurée standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, handle complaints and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Supervise, train, schedule and evaluate restaurant staff.
• Monitor food preparation, hygiene, health & safety, HACCP and sanitation.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, food wastage and equipment maintenance.
• Supervise cash handling, billing, POS transactions and daily financial reporting.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales, profitability, labor and food cost targets.
• Promote teamwork and communication across FOH, BOH, warehouse, lab and other departments.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs and compliance requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized working environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant supervision or similar role.
• Strong attention to grooming, personal presentation and professional conduct.
• Ability to train, motivate and evaluate staff.
• Commitment to continuous learning and participation in company training.

Required skills

• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Understanding of HACCP, food safety and sanitation standards.
• Inventory and stock management capabilities.
