Retail Associate

About the role

We are looking for a friendly Retail Associate to join Miral Experiences in Abu Dhabi. The role involves selling branded merchandise, souvenirs and photo products to guests while delivering exceptional service that enhances their experience at our attractions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly manner.
• Assist guests with product queries, recommend items and demonstrate product features.
• Operate a computerized cash register, including barcode scanners, calculators and credit‑card machines.
• Process transactions in multiple currencies, vouchers, stored‑value cards and credit cards.
• Maintain tidy, well‑stocked displays, refill shelves and support inventory counts.
• Handle basic guest complaints on the spot and ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Participate in promotions, achieve sales targets and support quarterly/yearly inventory.
• Perform any additional tasks required to meet business needs.

Required profile

• Higher secondary education or equivalent.
• Good verbal communication skills and basic cash‑handling knowledge.
• Physically able to lift items, climb ladders and work in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in a retail environment.
