Retail Banking Executive – Employee Banking

About the role

The Retail Banking Executive – Employee Banking will support customer acquisition and sales within the Retail Sales – Distribution unit. The role focuses on building strong partnerships with corporate clients, promoting payroll accounts, financing solutions and credit card products to enhance employee financial well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned corporate partners to promote employee banking products and services.
• Identify new corporate accounts and onboarding opportunities for employee groups.
• Cross‑sell salary accounts, credit cards, loans and digital banking services.
• Monitor client satisfaction and ensure service quality exceeds expectations.
• Maintain governance and compliance with conduct, suitability, KYC, documentation and sales standards.
• Identify control gaps, support corrective actions and keep audit‑ready evidence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years UAE banking sales experience, preferably in Employee Banking.
• Strong knowledge of market dynamics, policies and their implications.
• Proven record of achieving cross‑selling targets and generating revenue.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking and public relations skills.
