About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Retail Credit Operations Officer to support end‑to‑end credit processing and operational activities within our retail lending division. The role focuses on reviewing and processing unsecured loan applications while ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will also work closely with stakeholders to guarantee timely disbursement and enhance the overall customer experience.
