About the role
The Crew member will deliver high‑quality customer service and ensure product excellence at Garrett Popcorn retail locations. You will handle cash, prepare products, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide attentive customer service, including after‑sales support.
- Operate the POS system accurately and manage cash handling.
- Achieve sales and average transaction value targets through upselling and suggestive selling.
- Follow daily production schedules and brand‑standard recipes.
- Maintain hygiene, prevent cross‑contamination, and keep workstations tidy.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1‑2 years experience in the food & beverage sector, preferably in a similar role.
- Fluent in English.
