Retail Designer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Retail Designer to produce detailed technical drawings and plans for our retail projects. The role works closely with engineers, architects and other designers to turn concepts into precise, build‑ready documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Create accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, 3DsMAX, SketchUp or similar CAD tools.
• Prepare comprehensive blueprints, schematics and material specifications that meet project and industry standards.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers and contractors to refine designs, incorporate feedback and ensure feasibility.
• Define dimensions, materials and assembly instructions to guide fabrication and installation.
• Update and revise drawings based on new data, design changes or client input while maintaining version control.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes and company quality standards.
• Assist with site surveys, measurements and verification that execution matches the design.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions and supporting documents.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail design, preferably in parfums & cosmetics or luxury retail.
• Strong knowledge of construction, mechanical, electrical or civil engineering principles.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for liaison with multidisciplinary teams.
• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
