Retail Director – Middle East Luxury Fashion

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Retail Director to lead and drive the retail strategy, commercial performance, and brand excellence across the Middle East for a prestigious luxury fashion brand. Based in Dubai, the role oversees a portfolio of boutiques, ensuring world‑class client experiences, sustainable growth and the highest standards of luxury retail execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional retail strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Drive sales growth, profitability and market share across all locations.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data and implement productivity improvements.
• Establish and manage annual budgets, forecasts and business plans.
• Champion an exceptional luxury client experience and uphold visual‑merchandising standards.
• Lead, inspire and develop Area Managers, Boutique Managers and retail teams.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, inventory optimisation and compliance with policies.
• Lead new store openings, renovations and expansion projects.
• Identify market opportunities, provide strategic recommendations and build relationships with landlords and partners.
• Represent the brand at industry events and regional business forums.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of retail leadership experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands.
• Proven track record managing multi‑site retail operations across the Middle East.
• Demonstrated success in driving commercial growth and leading large teams.
• Experience in fashion, accessories, jewellery or watches.
