About the role

Join a leading retail brand at Festival Plaza Jebel Ali and help create a clean, inviting shopping environment. As a Sales Assistant you will engage customers, drive sales and support daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑level customer service, answer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handle cash transactions accurately.
• Develop product knowledge to advise customers and upsell where appropriate.
• Receive deliveries, stock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed according to guidelines.
• Apply pricing and ticketing procedures, update promotions and seasonal pricing.
• Maintain store cleanliness and execute merchandising standards.
• Assist with stock takes, new store openings, product launches and seasonal events.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a professional attitude.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and pricing.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and management.
• Flexibility to support store events and additional duties as needed.
