About the role
We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our Dubai store. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a friendly and personalized shopping experience while supporting store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor that complies with brand standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately, handling cash, credit cards and returns in line with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves and ensure popular items are readily available.
- Assist with merchandising, price tagging and promotional displays.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to store presentation.
- Basic numeracy for handling cash and transactions.
