Retail Sales Executive – Dubai

About the role

MINIMALIST is seeking a Retail Sales Executive to join its boutique stores across the UAE. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, building lasting relationships and guiding them to the perfect product from our luxury watch, jewelry, and accessories collections.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage every customer, providing detailed product information and personalized recommendations.
• Proactively approach shoppers, understand their needs, and persuade them to complete purchases.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a high level of service.
• Promote current promotions, special offers, and discounts to drive sales.
• Maintain accurate sales records and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold MINIMALIST’s brand standards in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer‑facing sales experience in the UAE luxury sector (watches, jewelry, or similar).
• Relevant academic background in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Preferably holds a certification in sales management.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
