Retail Sales Representative

About the role

The Retail Sales Representative at Al Futtaim Watches & Jewellery plays a key part in driving sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will balance efficient store operations with friendly, knowledgeable service for both internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly, create a positive first impression and provide up‑to‑date product information.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms, follow up promptly and thank them sincerely on exit.
• Generate sales, meet weekly targets and ensure a welcoming store environment.
• Support the Store Manager with opening, closing and day‑to‑day operations; run the store in the manager’s absence when required.
• Train new staff on Point‑of‑Sale (POS) procedures and handle corrective actions at the POS.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness and a sparkling presentation.
• Ensure pricing and ticketing compliance to protect the company from loss.
• Keep the cash‑wrap area tidy and provide efficient service.

Required profile

• High School Diploma.
• 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours per shift.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation.
