Retail Store Supervisor

About the role

The Retail Store Supervisor leads daily store operations, drives sales performance and ensures an exceptional customer experience in line with Cotton On brand standards. This role combines team leadership, operational excellence and business target achievement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and visual standards.
• Drive sales to meet targets and KPIs such as conversion, average transaction value and units per transaction.
• Lead, coach and develop the store team, managing scheduling, attendance and performance evaluations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, handle feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Execute visual merchandising guidelines and maintain attractive product displays.
• Manage inventory levels, replenishment, stock accuracy and minimise shrinkage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field (preferred).
• 4–6 years retail experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
