Retail Trainer – Middle East

About the role
The Retail Trainer for the Middle East will support Bottega Veneta stores in Dubai, Kuwait, Qatar and KSA, ensuring the brand’s client experience is delivered to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities
- Implement training initiatives across Middle East stores, including product, retail skills, customer service and mystery‑shopping monitoring.
- Conduct induction sessions for new hires, manage training logistics and maintain training materials aligned with HQ standards.
- Promote the digital training platform, follow up on usage, gather feedback and produce regular training reports for stakeholders.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of training experience, preferably in retail or a consultancy environment.
- Excellent communication, organization and time‑management skills; able to work independently and travel up to 80% of the time.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, proactive team player with a problem‑solving attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Experience using e‑learning platforms for content delivery and tracking.
