Revenue Manager (Hospitality)

About the role

As the Revenue Manager for Caravan Hatta by Our Habitas, you will drive commercial performance of the new adventure‑camp hotel by developing and executing revenue strategies across rooms, packages and group sales. Working closely with the Senior Director of Sales and the commercial team, you will optimise pricing, inventory and demand to maximise ADR, RevPAR and overall revenue during the pre‑opening and ramp‑up phases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the property’s revenue strategy aligned with occupancy, profitability and brand positioning.
• Set pricing, inventory and yield tactics for all market segments and monitor booking pace, cancellations and market trends.
• Forecast occupancy, ADR and RevPAR, support budgeting and provide regular performance analysis to senior leadership.
• Manage distribution channels, ensure rate parity and drive direct booking contribution.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on group, retreat and event opportunities, providing pricing recommendations and displacement analysis.
• Establish revenue management processes, reporting frameworks and commercial controls ahead of opening.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of revenue management experience in hotels, resorts or destination properties.
• Experience in a pre‑opening or hotel opening environment is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to analyse P&L, budgets, forecasts and key performance indicators such as ADR and RevPAR.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with stakeholder management experience.
