Revenue Manager – Hospitality Platform

About the role

Chapter One is building a performance‑led hospitality platform across Riyadh and Dubai. We are seeking a Revenue Manager to design and lead the revenue function as we expand our portfolio of serviced apartments, flexible living, and mixed‑use assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage pricing strategies for short, medium and long‑stay demand across branded, co‑branded and white‑label assets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, seasonality, events, corporate and relocation demand, and new supply.
• Manage rate structures, restrictions, promotions, stay‑length strategies and channel performance.
• Collaborate with sales, reservations, operations, finance and guest experience teams to align commercial objectives.
• Produce clear revenue reports, forecasts, dashboards and commercial trackers for owners and internal stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, owner reporting, commercial reviews and onboarding of new assets.
• Establish revenue‑management rhythm, tools and standards for a growing hospitality platform.

Required profile

• Commercially sharp, analytical and practical mindset.
• Ability to balance short‑stay, medium‑stay, long‑stay, corporate and multifamily‑style demand.
• Comfort working in a fast‑growing company where processes are still being built.
• Strong communication skills to explain recommendations and influence decisions.
• Understanding of how pricing decisions impact owners, guests, operations and brand positioning.

Required skills

• Experience in revenue management or commercial pricing within hospitality, serviced apartments or related sectors.
