Revenue Manager

About the role

VML is seeking a Revenue Manager to join its Finance team in the United Arab Emirates. The role is responsible for overseeing revenue recognition, reporting and compliance, ensuring accurate financial data in a fast‑paced, global agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end revenue recognition process in line with IFRS 15, guaranteeing timely and accurate recording of all revenue streams.
• Collaborate with client‑servicing teams to validate recognition criteria, understand service delivery milestones and enforce proper revenue cut‑off.
• Prepare and maintain an IFRS 15 checklist, selecting the appropriate recognition method for diverse contracts.
• Manage the contract summary schedule, capturing and monitoring contractual terms that affect revenue.
• Drive periodic financial reporting for revenue, ensuring completeness, accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Provide insightful monthly revenue reports and analysis to support strategic financial planning.

Required profile

• Minimum five years (60 months) of experience in finance or revenue accounting.
• Strong understanding of IFRS 15 and revenue recognition principles.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude with the capacity to manage financial risks and internal controls.
