Revenue Manager

About the role

The Revenue Manager will support the Cluster Director of Revenue Management in planning, developing and executing the revenue performance cycle for Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre Hotel & Residences. This role focuses on maximizing market share, optimizing pricing strategies, and delivering accurate forecasts and reports.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor competitor availability and pricing daily using tools such as OTA Insight, Rate Gain and EzRMS, and analyze performance versus the competitive set.
• Ensure optimal use of all distribution channels and achieve or exceed fair market share.
• Analyze booking patterns, market trends, lead times, and last‑minute wash‑out to inform pricing decisions.
• Develop hotel pricing strategies by market segment based on market intelligence and seasonality.
• Propose tactical offers to generate incremental revenue.
• Prepare weekly three‑month forecasts for different revenue streams by market segment and day.
• Produce month‑end revenue reporting and support the annual budget preparation.
• Facilitate weekly revenue/sales strategy meetings, distribute minutes and action plans.
• Compile and circulate revenue MIS reports required by executive, owner and regional offices.
• Review daily, weekly and monthly reports, communicate analysis to management, and support revenue‑management decisions.

• Reports directly to the Cluster Director of Revenue Management.
