Rheumatologist

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Rheumatologist to join our patient‑centered internal medicine practice in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide holistic, mindful care, building lasting relationships with patients and supporting a collaborative, efficient office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a patient roster by delivering compassionate, holistic care.
• Assess patients’ symptoms, conduct thorough examinations, and accurately diagnose medical conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory work and imaging.
• Prescribe appropriate treatments, calculate correct medication dosages, and educate patients on usage.
• Provide clear explanations of procedures, test results, and follow‑up care plans.
• Document patient information consistently in both paper and electronic systems.
• Conduct follow‑up appointments to monitor progress and adjust care as needed.
• Refer patients to specialists when required and collaborate with other physicians.
• Supervise and train medical staff on proper protocols and procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement, patient safety programs, and continuing medical education.

Required profile

• Medical degree with board certification in Rheumatology.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient‑centered, compassionate care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication skills and dedication to maintaining confidentiality.
