Risk Analyst Expert

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Risk Analyst Expert to act as a guardian of its trading platform. The role involves real‑time monitoring of trading activity, identifying market and operational risks, and protecting both platform and user assets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor market risks, including abnormal price movements and sudden volume spikes.
• Investigate and identify market manipulation such as pump‑and‑dump schemes and coordinated fraudulent activity.
• Analyze account correlations to uncover potential manipulative groups.
• Participate in the design, testing and optimisation of risk‑control rules, models and strategies.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to implement risk‑control requirements.
• Prepare risk analysis reports summarising incidents, outcomes and improvement recommendations.
• Respond promptly to trading‑related risk events and take corrective actions.
• Maintain and enhance the trading monitoring system to track market risks continuously.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to react quickly to emerging risk events.
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets and trading dynamics.
• Experience in risk monitoring, investigation and mitigation.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional product and engineering teams.
