Room Attendant

About the role

As a Room Attendant at Shangri‑La Qaryat Al Beri in Abu Dhabi, you will ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned, tidied and fully stocked to the brand’s high standards, contributing to a memorable hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and arrange guest rooms and floor areas in line with Shangri‑La & Traders standards.
• Replace linens, towels and guest amenities, and keep cleaning trolleys, supplies and equipment organized.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages or lost‑and‑found items promptly to the housekeeping supervisor.
• Provide courteous and helpful service to guests at all times.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Good time‑management, organizational abilities and capacity to work independently or within a team.
• Effective communication and guest service skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• 1–2 years of housekeeping experience and professional proficiency in English.
• High School Diploma or a Diploma in Hospitality Management (often required).
