About the role
As a Room Attendant at a world‑class desert resort, you will be the first point of contact that shapes a guest’s stay. Your meticulous approach to cleaning and preparing rooms will ensure every guest experiences the highest standards of comfort and hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to the resort’s luxury standards.
- Maintain attention to detail across all senses – sight, touch, smell, and sound.
- Restock amenities and report any maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure timely room turnover.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Room Attendant in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for guest service.
- Fair English communication abilities.
- Ability to relocate to a remote resort location.
- Integrity and a keen eye for detail.
