About the role

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Room Technician/Handy Person you will brighten guests’ days by keeping rooms and corridors in perfect condition, delivering memorable experiences throughout each stay.

Key responsibilities

Perform daily room maintenance, including repairs, carpet cleaning and floor polishing to ensure guest rooms and hallways are functional and presentable.
Maintain inventory of replacement items for rooms and corridors, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
Identify and report health or safety issues on guest floors to uphold safety compliance.
Assist with ad‑hoc maintenance tasks and departmental projects as needed.
