About the role
The Runner supports the service team by delivering food and beverages quickly, accurately, and with proper presentation, helping maintain service speed and table flow during busy periods.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver food and drinks promptly to guest tables with correct presentation and garnishes.
- Assist waiters by maintaining service pace, clearing and resetting tables, and keeping service stations clean.
- Communicate any delays or issues to senior staff and support smooth shift handovers.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service procedures, and help with opening and closing duties.
Required profile
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work quickly in a high‑volume environment with strong teamwork and a positive attitude.
- Physical stamina and reliability.
