Sales Account Manager - Cyber Security & Managed Services

About the role

An experienced and highly motivated Sales Account Manager is sought to join a growing team and drive business growth across its Cyber Security, Cloud and Managed Services portfolio. The role covers enterprise and commercial customers across the UAE, based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities
• Build relationships with CIOs, CISOs, IT managers, procurement teams and key stakeholders
• Generate revenue through Cyber Security and Managed Services solutions
• Hold customer meetings, presentations and solution discovery sessions
• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial offers
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
• Drive renewals, upselling and cross-selling
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update the CRM regularly
• Coordinate with presales, technical and vendor teams to deliver customer requirements
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets

Required profile

• 5 years of experience in Cyber Security, Managed Services, Cloud or Enterprise IT sales
• Proven track record in account management and business development
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and managed service offerings
• Experience with enterprise and mid-market customers; UAE market experience preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• UAE driving licence is an advantage
