Sales Account Manager

About the role

The Sales Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between Bayanat Smart Systems and its clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will manage existing accounts, nurture relationships, and drive growth through strategic planning and proactive communication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions successfully.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Resolve client complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide regular product and service updates to clients.
• Prepare detailed reports on account status and growth potential.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align business goals.
• Assist in product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts to maximize satisfaction and profitability.
• Monitor competition and market trends.
• Achieve sales targets and manage account receivables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum two years of experience as a Sales Account Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of sales metrics and CRM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
